In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Exemption under Section 53) (No. 5) Notification 2017 and comes into operation on 15 September 2017.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lots 02461W and 03917C of MK 22 at 811 Upper Serangoon Road from section 37(3) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said lands which are the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Kim Tian Christian Church Singapore to the competent authority on 29 March 2017.
