Planning (Payment of
Development Charge by Charity —
Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Planning Act 1998, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Planning (Payment of Development Charge by Charity — Exemption) (No. 2) Notification 2022 and comes into operation on 21 July 2022.

Exemption

2. The Minister exempts Lots 07386K and 07387N in MK26 at 19 Ceylon Road from section 37(4) of the Act and rule 14 of the Planning (Development Charges) Rules (R 5) with regard to the development of the said land which is the subject of the application for written permission submitted by Sri Senpaga Vinayagar Temple to the competent authority on 18 January 2022.
