Protected Areas Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 12th January 1996.

2. The area described in the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer.
