| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Price Control (Pigs) Order. |
| Controlled article |
| 2. All live pigs are hereby declared to be controlled articles. |
| Licence to import |
| 3. No person shall import any controlled article mentioned in paragraph 2 into Singapore unless he has a valid licence issued by the Price Controller for that purpose. |
| Licence |
| 4. The Price Controller may, in his discretion, issue licences under paragraph 3 upon such conditions as he thinks fit. |
| Power to revoke licence |
| 5. The Price Controller may revoke the licence of any importer who fails to comply with any of the conditions of the licence issued to him. |
| Offence |
| 6. Any person who contravenes the provisions of paragraph 3 shall be guilty of an offence under the Act and shall be liable to incur the penalties prescribed by section 16 of the Act. |
