Political Donations Act 2000
(Act 20 of 2000)
Appointment of Registrar and Assistant Registrars of Political Donations
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(1) of the Political Donations Act 2000, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby appoints —
(1)Mr Lu Cheng-Yang to be the Registrar of Political Donations; and
(2)the following persons to be Assistant Registrars of Political Donations:
(a)Mr Oh Chin Chye;
(b)Miss Loh Kwai Fong,
for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 15th February 2001.
