Political Donations Regulations 2001
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Political Donations Act 2000, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
PART I
PRELIMINARY
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Political Donations Regulations 2001 and shall come into operation on 15th February 2001.
Definition
2.—(1)  In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires, “authorised representative” means a person who is 21 years of age or above and who is authorised by his principal in writing.
(2)  The forms mentioned in these Regulations are those set out in the Schedule.
