Appointment of Licensing Officer and Assistant Licensing Officers¹

The Minister for Home Affairs has appointed —

(a)

the Head, Licensing Division, Police Headquarters, to be the Licensing Officer; and

(b)

the following persons to be Assistant Licensing Officers:

(i)	Higher Executive Officer, Public Entertainments Licensing Unit;
(ii)	Executive Officer, Public Entertainments Licensing Unit; and
(iii)	Higher Clerical Officer, Public Entertainments Licensing Unit,

for the purposes of the Act.
