| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Public Entertainments (Exemption) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st June 1999. |
| Exemption |
| 2. The transmission of recorded music or playing of live-band music at funerals is hereby exempted from the provisions of the Act. |
