Appointment of Licensing Officers and Assistant Licensing Officers

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Public Entertainments Act, the Minister for Home Affairs has appointed —

(a)

the Assistant Director Operations (Licensing), Police Headquarters, to be the Licensing Officer; and

(b)

the following persons to be Assistant Licensing Officers:

(i)	Senior Officer, Public Entertainments Licensing Unit; and
(ii)	Corporate Support Officers Grades I and II, Public Entertainments Licensing Unit,

for the purposes of the Act, with effect from 19th April 2000.

2. Notification N 2 is cancelled.
