The Minister for Home Affairs has appointed —

(a)	the Director, Operations Department, Police Headquarters, to be the Licensing Officer; and
(b)	the Head, Licensing Division and the Assistant Head, Licensing Division, Police Headquarters, to be Assistant Licensing Officers,

for the purposes of the Act.
