Parking Places (Surcharge) Order

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Surcharge) Order.

Designated area

2.—(1) The area described in Part I of the First Schedule shall be a designated area and that part of the designated area described in Part II of that Schedule shall be known as the Core Area.

(2) The parking places set out in Part III of that Schedule shall also be a designated area.

Rates of surcharge

3. The rates of surcharge in every parking place in the designated area specified in the First Schedule shall be as set out in the Second Schedule.

Surcharge payable in advance

4. Any surcharge payable shall be paid in advance to the office of the Superintendent on a monthly or three-monthly basis and every such payment shall be made within 14 days from the date on which it shall become due and payable.
