Parks and Trees (Heritage Road Green Buffers) Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16(1) of the Parks and Trees Act 2005, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the National Parks Board, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Parks and Trees (Heritage Road Green Buffers) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st June 2006.

Heritage road green buffers

2.—(1) The shaded areas shown in the Schedule comprising the green verges of the specified roads shall be designated as heritage road green buffers.

(2) The specified roads referred to in sub-paragraph (1) are:

(a)	Mount Pleasant Road;
(b)	South Buona Vista Road;
(c)	Lim Chu Kang Road;
(d)	Arcadia Road; and
(e)	Mandai Road.
