Parks and Trees (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Parks and Trees Act 2005, the National Parks Board, with the approval of the Minister for National Development, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Parks and Trees (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2005.
Compoundable offences
2.  All offences under the Parks and Trees Regulations 2005  (G.N. No. S 519/2005) may be compounded by the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation in accordance with section 51(1) of the Act.
Manner of payment of composition amounts
3.  All composition amounts shall be payable to the Board and may be paid —
(a)by money order, postal order or cheque drawn on any bank in Singapore delivered or sent by post to the Board’s office;
(b)by any electronic means as the Board may permit from time to time, subject to such terms and conditions as the Board may impose in connection with the use of such means; or
(c)in such other manner as the Board may from time to time authorise in any particular case or class of cases.
