Rapid Transit System (Mrt) Fares

The Public Transport Council has approved that —

(a)	the fares set out in the Schedule shall be the maximum fares payable per ride by passengers of the MRT services; and
(b)	children of up to 90 cm in height shall be exempted from payment of such fares.

2. In this Notification, “MRT” is the abbreviation for the rapid transit system known as the Mass Rapid Transit System.

3. The maximum fares payable under Parts I and II of the Schedule are subject to the transfer rebates set out in the Bus, MRT and LRT (Transfer Rebates) Notification (N 3).
