| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Transport Council (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2008 and shall come into operation on 1st July 2008. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Any offence under section 24C(5), 24D or 24E(2) of the Act may be compounded by the Council or an officer authorised by the Council in accordance with section 26 of the Act. |
