Bus Fares
It is hereby notified for general information that pursuant to section 20(1) of the Public Transport Council Act, the Public Transport Council has approved, with effect from 13th December 1996, the following amendments to the rates of bus fares.
2.  The Schedule to the Notification relating to bus fares is amended by deleting the tables in paragraphs 3(f), 4(f), 5(f) and 7(f) and substituting in each case the following table:

“Distance travelled
Time allowed
(i)7 or less fare stages
45 minutes.
(ii)8 to 13 fare stages
70 minutes.
(iii)14 to 23 fare stages
90 minutes.
(iv)24 or more fare stages
110 minutes.”.
