PRELIMINARY

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Cable Detection Workers) Regulations.

Definitions

2. In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires —

“licence” means a licence granted by the Board permitting a person to carry out such cable detection work as is specified in the licence;

“licensee” means any person who has a valid licence;

“register” means the register of licensees maintained under regulation 6.
