| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 15th April 1997. |
| Prescribed articles |
| 2. The articles set out in the Schedule are prescribed articles for the purposes of Part IV of the Public Utilities (Electricity) Regulations 1997. |
| Cancellation |
| 3. The Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles-Consolidation) Notification (N 2) and the Public Utilities (Electricity) (Prescribed Articles) Notification (N 5) are cancelled. |
