Public Utilities Act
(Chapter 261)
Public Utilities (Daily-rated Employees) (Conduct and Discipline) (Revocation) Regulations 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 130 of the Public Utilities Act, the Public Utilities Board, with the approval of the Minister for Trade and Industry, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Utilities (Daily-rated Employees) (Conduct and Discipline) (Revocation) Regulations 1998 and shall come into operation on 1st May 1998.
Revocation
2.  The Public Utilities (Daily-rated Employees) (Conduct and Discipline) Rules (R 3) are revoked.
Transitional provision
3.  Where, on 1st May 1998, any disciplinary proceedings have been instituted against any employee of the Board in accordance with the revoked Public Utilities (Daily-rated Employees) (Conduct and Discipline) Rules and such proceedings are pending, the proceedings shall be continued under and in conformity with the revoked Public Utilities (Daily-rated Employees) (Conduct and Discipline) Rules as if those Rules had not been revoked.
