Registration of Criminals
(Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency)
Rules 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 14A(1) of the Registration of Criminals Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Registration of Criminals (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 1 August 2016.
Prescribed law enforcement agency
2.  The Central Narcotics Bureau is a prescribed law enforcement agency for the purposes of the Act.
