Notice under Section 17 (5)

Whereas under section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have caused to be published in loose-leaf form the 2006 Revised Edition of the Rules of Court (R 5) (S 71/96) made under the Supreme Court of Judicature Act (Chapter 322) incorporating all amendments up to 1st April 2006:

Now, therefore, it is hereby notified for general information that the Law Revision Commissioners have appointed 1st April 2006 as the date the 2006 Revised Edition of the Rules of Court made under the Supreme Court of Judicature Act shall come into force.
