Notice under Section 17 (5)

Whereas under section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have published in loose-leaf form the 2003 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Acts set out in the Schedule incorporating all amendments up to 31st December 2002:

Now, therefore, it is hereby notified for general information that the Law Revision Commissioners have appointed 31st January 2003 as the date the 2003 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under those Acts shall come into force.
