(Maintenance Orders (Facilities for
Enforcement) Act) (Rectification)
Order 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 23(1) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act , the Law Revision Commissioners hereby make the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Revised Edition of the Laws (Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act) (Rectification) Order 2014.

Rectification of error

2. In section 2 of the Maintenance Orders (Facilities for Enforcement) Act (Cap. 168, 1985 Ed.) —

(a)

delete the full‑stop at the end of the definition of “maintenance order” and substitute a semi‑colon; and

(b)

immediately after the definition of “maintenance order”, insert:

“ “prescribed” means prescribed by rules made by the Minister.”.
