Revised Edition of the Laws
(Section 17(8)) (No. 3) Notification 2014

Whereas under section 17(5) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners have caused to be published in loose-leaf form the 2014 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Act set out in the Schedule, as in force on 1 October 2014:

And Whereas pursuant to section 17(8) of the Revised Edition of the Laws Act, the Law Revision Commissioners may, by notification in the Gazette, specify that the 2014 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Act shall, in all courts and for all purposes, be the sole and only proper Statute Book of Singapore in respect of those pieces of subsidiary legislation:

Now therefore it is hereby specified by the Law Revision Commissioners that the 2014 Revised Edition of Subsidiary Legislation made under the Act shall, with effect from 31 October 2014, be the sole and only proper Statute Book of Singapore in respect of those pieces of subsidiary legislation.
