| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Residential Property (Exemption) Notification. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Any land acquired by a developer appointed under section 4 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act (Cap. 99A) for the development of housing accommodation under the executive condominium scheme is exempted from the provisions of the Act. [G.N. No. S 85/97] |
