Road Traffic (Passengers in Goods Vehicles) (Permits and Fees) Rules

Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Passengers in Goods Vehicles) (Permits and Fees) Rules.
Fee
2.  The fee to be paid for the issue of a permit authorising the carriage of persons in or on a goods vehicle shall be $5.
Applications
3.  Applications for a permit for the carriage of persons in or on goods vehicles shall be made in writing substantially in the Form set out in Part I of the Schedule, addressed to the Registrar of Vehicles, and shall be accompanied by the fee of $5, the registration book/registration card of the vehicle and the certificate of insurance.
Permit
4.  A permit issued by the Registrar of Vehicles authorising the carriage of persons in or on goods vehicles shall be in the Form set out in Part II of the Schedule subject to such variations as in any particular case circumstances may require.
