Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Licensing of Vehicles — Late Payment Fees) Rules

Citation

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Licensing of Vehicles — Late Payment Fees) Rules.

Late payment fee

2. If any fee payable in respect of a licence for a vehicle under section 21 of the Act remains unpaid after 14 days from the date on which that licence should have been taken out, an additional fee as prescribed in the Schedule shall be payable.

3. The Registrar may in his discretion waive any of the additional fees referred to in the Schedule.
