Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order is the Road Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Vocational Licences — Exemption) Order 2021.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 12 January 2021 and ceases to have effect after 25 June 2025.

Exemption

2. Tiara Leanne Cheong (NRIC No. S****108D) is exempt from the requirement to be of the prescribed minimum age under section 110(2A) of the Act for the grant to her of a vocational licence to drive a chauffeured private hire car.
