Road Traffic (Bentley Continental Gt Speed Showcase) (Exemption) Order 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Bentley Continental GT Speed Showcase) (Exemption) Order 2008.

Exemption

2. The persons set out in the Schedule shall be exempted from section 12(1) and (2) of the Act in respect of their keeping or using the vehicle (not registered under the Act) bearing the registration number DK57 CZA on any road in Singapore during the period from 1st April 2008 to 30th April 2008 (both dates inclusive).
