(Exemption) Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Nissan FedEx Electric Van — Research and Development Testing) (Exemption) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 25th March 2013.

Exemption

2.—(1) The persons specified in the Schedule shall be exempted from section 12(1) and (2) of the Act in respect of the keeping or using of the vehicle bearing registration number KX61 FHR.

(2) The exemption referred to in sub‑paragraph (1) shall be valid from 25th March 2013 to 26th April 2013 (both dates inclusive).
