In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act 1961, the Minister for Transport makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption for Vehicles More Than 3 Years Old) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 22 March 2022.

Exemption

2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) does not apply to the vehicle bearing the engine number 00725486 and chassis number WBS4Y92060AG10471 that is registered in the name of Amos Tan Zhi Hao.
