Road Traffic (Exemption of Ministerial Grade Cars for the Third Asia Pacific Economic Committee Ministerial Meeting on the Telecommunications and the Information Industry 1998) Order 1998

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Exemption of Ministerial Grade Cars for the Third Asia Pacific Economic Committee Ministerial Meeting on the Telecommunications and the Information Industry 1998) Order 1998.

Exemption

2. Motor vehicles owned by Cycle and Carriage Industries (1986) Private Limited, which are to be used for the purpose of the Third Asia Pacific Economic Committee Ministerial Meeting on the Telecommunications and the Information Industry 1998 from 28th May 1998 to 8th June 1998, shall be exempted from sections 10 and 11 of the Act for that period.
