Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 142 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 14th January 2002.

Exemption

2. Home Nursing Foundation shall be exempted from the payment of the transfer fee and additional transfer fee prescribed in rules 30 and 31(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) in respect of the transfer of any of the vehicles bearing the registration numbers set out in the Schedule.
