Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) Notification 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) Notification 2009.

Authorised use of certain vehicle

2. The vehicle bearing the special purpose licence number SJT1023D and which does not comply with —

(a)	the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules (R 9); and
(b)	the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Lighting) Rules (R 10),

is authorised for use on Lim Chu Kang Road on 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th October 2009 between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day.
