| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 5) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 19th August 2011. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle belonging to Bharat Dharmadas Kalwani and bearing the engine number AM07/11174 and chassis number SCFBE04C19GD11153. |
