| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 16th September 2002. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Rule 5(1) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Registration and Licensing) Rules (R 5) shall not apply to the vehicle bearing the engine number 3S2117470 and chassis number SB164SBK10E038810 belonging to Shell Global Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd for so long as the vehicle is kept and used for purposes of research and development only. |
