Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) Notification 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(2) of the Road Traffic Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Road Traffic (Authorisation of Use) Notification 2010.

Authorised use of certain vehicle

2. The vehicle bearing the special purpose licence number XD4862A and which does not comply with —

(a)	the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Construction and Use) Rules (R 9); and
(b)	the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Lighting) Rules (R 10),

is authorised for use on the roads specified in the Schedule from 18th September 2010 to 21st September 2010 (both dates inclusive).
