| 1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Mercedes Benz Drive and Seek Commercial Campaign) (Exemption) Order 2010. |

| 2. Mr Leow Joon Meow shall be exempted from section 12(1) and (2) of the Act in respect of his keeping or using the vehicle (not registered under the Act) bearing the registration number S-CC 1901 on the public roads specified in the Schedule on 23rd November 2010 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. |
