Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) (No. 10) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Rapid Transit Systems Act, the Land Transport Authority of Singapore hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Rapid Transit Systems (Creation of Rights) (No. 10) Notification 2010.
Powers of Authority
2.  The Authority or any person authorised by the Authority may, at any reasonable time and for the purposes of and incidental to the operation of the railway known as North South Line for Somerset MRT Station, enter upon the railway areas in the land described as TS21 Lot 01309C pt (referred to in this Notification as the specified land) and exercise such rights as are described in the Schedule in, under or over the area of the specified land.
Inspection of plan
3.  A copy of the plan of the railway areas in the specified land shall be available for inspection by the public free of charge at the office of the Land Transport Authority of Singapore at 1 Hampshire Road, Singapore 219428 —
(a)between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. of any day from Monday to Friday (except public holidays); but
(b)if any such day is the eve of the New Year, Lunar New Year or Christmas, between 9 a.m. and 12 noon.
