Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2004, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.

2.—(1) The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2004 shall, with the exception of section 3, come into operation on 8th March 2004.

(2) Section 3 shall come into operation on 3rd May 2004.
