Subordinate Courts (Amendment) Act 2014
(Commencement) Notification 2014

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Subordinate Courts (Amendment) Act 2014, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Subordinate Courts (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement) Notification 2014.

2. The Subordinate Courts (Amendment) Act 2014 shall, with the exception of sections 5, 6(a) and (b), 8(b), 9(d), 10(2) and (3) and 11(2)(b), (7)(b) and (c) and (8), come into operation on 7th March 2014.
