Control of Plants (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Control of Plants (Amendment) Act 1998, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Control of Plants (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1999.

2. The Control of Plants (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 8th January 1999.
