Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2009, the Senior Minister, Prime Minister’s Office hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2009.
2.  Sections 2(f) and (l) to (o), 52, 55 and 65(c) of the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2009 shall come into operation on 20th April 2009.
