Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2020
(Commencement) Notification 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2020, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Notification 2020.
2.  Sections 2(b) and (c), 3, 4, 8(1), 14 and 15 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2020 come into operation on 1 April 2020.
