(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2008, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2008 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  The Statutes (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2008, except sections 9 and 12, comes into operation on 1 April 2024.
