Environmental Pollution Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Environmental Pollution Control (Amendment) Act 2007, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Environmental Pollution Control (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2007.
2.—(1)  Section 5 of the Environmental Pollution Control (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st October 2007.
(2)  Sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 of the Environmental Pollution Control (Amendment) Act 2007 shall come into operation on 1st January 2008.
