Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 1999, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1999.

2. The Stamp Duties (Amendment) Act 1999 shall, with the exception of sections 2 (a), 36, 37 and 39 (2), come into operation on 1st September 1999.
