Medicines (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Medicines (Amendment) Act 2004, Mr Khaw Boon Wan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Finance, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Health, hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Medicines (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2004.
2.  The Medicines (Amendment) Act 2004 shall come into operation on 1st July 2004.
