Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act
(Commencement) Notification 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act 1998, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 1998.
2.  The Computer Misuse (Amendment) Act 1998 shall come into operation on 1st August 1998.
