Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2012
(Commencement) Notification 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2012, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2012 (Commencement) Notification 2013.

2. Sections 5, 9, 13 and 28 of the Public Utilities (Amendment) Act 2012 shall come into operation on 1st February 2013.
